Ken Freebody
Just in case you haven't heard.. .. .Ken Freebody, a very well liked and respected engineer from BA Manchester passed away last Monday.. .Ken was a gentleman of the highest order and had only recently been forced to retire. . .Ironically, (and sadly), an article appeared in the Telegraph recently in which Ken and his wife were pictured and discussed the provisions they had made for their retirement!. .. .RIP Ken, and thanks for the "gen".. .. .Mr Ken Freebody's funeral details are as follows;Church service to be held at St.Anns (R.C)church Cheadle Hulme on Wednesday 20th March at 13:00.-Follow B5065 Hulme Hall Rd to where it meets Church Rd.The last turning on the right is Vicarage Ave.Turn here and the church is 200yds on the left.(A-Z Manchester P.142 5D) Service to be held at Stockport Crematorium at 1400.-Follow the A6 through toward Stockport,the crematorium is opposite St.Georges church,and next to Stockport grammar school.(St.Georges church is massive you'll spot it!).Hope to see a good turnout.
