I am also allergic to dust/pollen. I fly 737. Everyday the hole year I take one allergy pill. The names is 'Clarityn/Loratadin'. This pill is authorised for flying, and I have coordinated the usage with the CAA medical folks.
I consider the medicine very effective with no side effects
