As a captain you get £10k worth of share options per annum - last year's offering was at £1.85 per share (worth about £2.32 today). You can cash them in after 3 years. You also get the annual 'loyalty bonus' based on your basic salary of about £67k. It gives nil for first 2 years, 5% until 5 years, 10% to 10 years and 15% thereafter. No private medical care, 7% company pension contribution, loss of licence to about £80k and 4 times basic salary death in service (or serious injury). I took home about £4200 last month (LGW Airbus captain).

FR probably earn more overall but we have a number of people who have worked for both and they all say easyJet is a million times better to work for.
