I assume that the take-home pay varies according to the mix of flying that you do at your base. I am based in LPL and we do a lot of longer sectors (we have 3 AGPs per day in summer). Also some of the longer flights have a little "extra" associated with it in the form of a BFS or AMS.
Anyone looking to join the company should be aware that the rosters have in the past proved to be hard and fatigue has been a problem. However, hopefully things will be a little better on the new 5-2-5-4 pattern.
