Am an FO with EZY at BRS. Overall the company seems to be a fairly happy place. A few issues recently with the new roster patterns, which will effect the number of standbys etc. So can't give you an accurate heads up on that just yet.
Lots of hours - I seem to average about 90+ hours / month. Some long 4 sector days eg. AMS/CIA, GVA/MAD, GLA/AGP, but this seems to be base dependent. Although generally a good mix of 2 and 4 sector days.
Basing a little strange, doesn't seem to be the first come first served as they claim - I had 5 months at another base before my transfer to BRS came through so can't complain. Most people eventually get where they want to be.
Nice aircraft - BRS is all B737-700 and will change to A319 at the end of the year.
Agree with 10002level, staff travel is very poor.
On the whole I'm happy
