Both interesting, and both appear to show the above as falling outside the law.

The site says the following, but it is not registered as a company specialising in such, nor is the ownership of the below aircraft included in the listing for the company's aims posted above:

"Propitious Aviation Limited is a registerd limited company specalizing in Prize Competitions as defined under English law.

The operation of the competitions have passed a legal review to ensure conformity with English law. References from Boyes Turner solicitors are available on request."
