I am a SFO with easyJet on the Boeing 737. The company is generally good to work for, though everything that we have is hard fought for. Pay is very good for a SFO, but if you join now you will no doubt come in on the TRSS scheme which is effectively a B scale. I come out with between £3000 and £3200 per month after tax.
The company has a touchy-feely management style, but unfortunately the substance is lacking (think of it as a sort of watered-down Ryanair with a smile).
A new 5-2-5-4 rostering agreement has been implememted this month and I reserve judgement on this for now.
Great people to work with and the training is second to none.
Staff travel is proberbly the worst in the industry.
