Yes I agree that Cat 2 is possible on runway 14 with recent technical advances. It was not so long ago that we were told that a glide slope on this runway was unlikely. My understanding is that the glide slope angle would have to be reduced down towards 3% as other posters have pointed out and various criteria will have to be checked and complied with probably lots of calibration flights too !
