Thats all well and good with obligations to notify the authorities and possibly "save someones life"...but it is a bit more complicated than that.
First of all..the company is not in the US or Europe where someone has a clearly defined "authority" to report to...but rather a corrupt system where the company pretty much pays off anyone in a high position....government and local CAA alike...so that is VERY unlikely to lead anywhere.

As Sasless stated...the informant gets burned...every time. Would you be willing to risk the rest of your life on some !!!!ty company somewhere. Remember, it is a small world out there in the heli community.

I never said that I work for the company..so this is not about me personally. I don't want to risk other pilots careers and hopes for the future just to "put up or shut up" as have been stated. Although the practises by the company and the leadership is highly questionable..some of the pilots flying there are good guys, fighting the good fight daily to make a difference.
So...it is NOT as simple as that..it never is.
