Max autobrake (its not refered to as 5) is less than max manual braking as you righly say.
It is not possible to select RTO in flight. RTO is only selectable with air/ground logic in gnd so at lift off the selector will move from RTO to OFF.
Flying frypan as you know you always find a pilot lurking round in the dark where they are not suppose to be!!
