I suggest you just go for the interview, try your best, see yourself the situation in HKG, talk to people while you are there, get the offer letter and evaluate the terms & conditions given. After weighing the pros and cons, you decide yourself whether or not to accept the offer. That is the best way rather than you keep listening to others.
If you ask anybody from AOA, they will say "NO"
If you ask non-union souls, they will say "YES"
