I'm currently working for a major in Aust. and would like to let all CX staff know that what you are doing is important.
CX has held you at gun point for far too long, and I think that finally they are going to pay the price.
The majority of you have shipped out to stinking HK, on crappy pathetics promise of relatively good pay and working conditions.
I for one think that it is criminal for the company to then turn around and at will alter the terms and conditions you all work under.
People may argue that you are still on a very good wicket but that is not the point. Tax may also be low in HK but look at the local infastructure and conditions you all live in (not to mention cost of living).
It is time for all CX crew to unite against the tyranny of the four eyed bean counters and prove to them you are not a group to be F&*^%$ with anymore.
I am sure the majority will stand tall and not be disbanded by what I am sure is a very small minority (trying to acheive their own agenda).
