My previous life was as a software developer, so I use one that I designed myself, that I can mod as I need it, It may get released one day, if I ever get the time to write a manual for it.
The CAA certainly accept it they insist that each page is signed with a declaration that it is is a true and accurate record.

I don't know about FAA, but I can't see a problem as you are not giving them the computerised version, just hard copies of same.
There are a few electronic logbooks out there, some of which aren't bad. I've never spent enough time with any of them to remember the names of the products though.
