Nasty Nasty,
I'm a CX captain...i've had my 30% pay cut,increased my productivity 25%,had two weeks leave per year cancelled permanently(and last years cancelled at the last minute) and all i'm asking for is that the roster i'm given is the one i fly. I don't mind a last minute change occasionally as long as i have time to inform my wife(not a hurried call from dispatch to say i won't be home for dinner....nor the rest of the week for that matter!) and i don't call sick.
In fact i had the first 9 years here without a single sick day.
You know perfectly well that crewing flights has reached a ridiculous stage due to 'over management'
So....with the above in mind....just what exactly are my " outrageous claims"?????
