I believe a recruitment ban at CX is immoral as long as any of the existing employees are prepared to accept promotion resulting from the selective dismissals.
Taking it out on new hire second officers is wrong ( direct entry F/Os CAPTs a different matter )
So long as this situatiou remains it refelects very poorly on all the existing flight staff.
Further up the pathetic scale of course are the flight staff associated with management that made or carried out the dismissal decision.
So whats the answer ?
I think the emplowees of CX should realise the type of management they re worlking for and get on with it.
The union has lost, consolidate and get ready to move out if necessary.
