Herb, to my understanding (I might be wrong) that the AOA does want to get back into negotiations, whether the ppl sacked get their jobs back or not.
As mentioned above, I think that the guys down south will be looking here for jobs and it is advisable for CX pilots to watch their own seats. Many airlines are laying off, and a resolved union/company relationship is necessary.
