I've never even seen a Mil logbook, however FCL-2 has a suggested spec for the logbook, it may be prudent to have a look at it, and see how similar they are.
Not available in the on-line version if I remember correctly. So you'll have to find someone who has a paper copy or paid for the .pdf version.
Genghis civvie (H) logbooks, should be skids off - rotor stop, (which is not what FCL-2 says), what the ANO says.
