Come on Flanker & jtr - this guy pays your salaries! He probably flies as often as you do! I am gobsmacked that you sound off at customers just because you are having a problem with your employer. Or do you think customers are dispensible too?
"What if it was your employer who was causing you these problems, what would you do? What should the pilots do?" You know what? He'd leave - just like he'll leave CX if keep the attitude up.
