Wouldn't suprise me. Looks like the Island based company has been acquired to operate business off the Island, as I said earlier this is an interesting tax situation, the GWY operation will no doubt be viewed as Irish by the revenue here.
Crews based in GWY will also have to have Irish contracts and pay 40% tax at the higher end, air crew taxation is a real mine field, but I'm sure EM will have taken advice.
