OK, I'm learnin' about the ins and outs of your situation, and I'm sure they'd affect me should I ever join the company. But with that in mind I'm not going to shy away from CX just because there's some big issues coming to a head. I have to focus on building a career, and if Cathay happens to be the first to offer me the opportunity to further that career, I'll take it.
Then I'll deal with any problems.
And for those of you trying to
put me straight, I'm actually thankful (and no, the offensive nature of some posts doesn't affect me
). I
do need as many different perspectives as I can get.
