I previously lived and worked in HK and I do have some sympathy for CP employees although you guys have traditionally had a far better deal than most of the world's crews.
BUT, back in the real world, 15 days notice of a roster sounds like a very good amount of notice to me. Our roster is published on Friday afternoon for the following week. By Wednesday it is often on Revision 12.
