Sounds like another case of "Positive Discrimination" (Affirmative Action). Unfortunately, for those of us burdened with a paler hide, the discrimination remains a negative experience
, no matter how much the powers that be hide the Zimbabwe-isation of the economy in a morass of jargon.
I always thought the whole "liberation struggle" was to ensure this kind of discrimination, based on race, never happened again?
