Seems stange to me that you are being offered a possible LH contract. I have been trained on QF 747 and AO 767 and both cert's are current. All I have been offered with fellow crew member was MAM, Jetconnect or UK QF. Myself and fellow crew members WOULD have been first in line if their are ANY LH contracts available, so I can tell you now that it isn't going to happen. My best guess is that you are going to be put on the short list for any other future positions, whatever that may be. LH is overstaffed at the moment but there is a great shortage of CSM ans CSS so that it where the problem lies. QF's employment program is a dinosaur and I know on good and honest info that they are having a contractor appointed to re-vamp and re-structure the whole scenario. The problem once again is the rumour mill that seems to run more efficiently than the company itself. My best advise is get it directly from the source then make you mind up. Although QF do tend to contradict themselves and withhold infomation that is crucial to people like yourself who need to make future decisions. Good luck anyway...

P.S. Oh yeah, it's Mark Cassell Not Hassell
