Yeah very true, the nearest thing to being in the front, at least your travelling about still and gaining valuable experience with the life style and training.
If someone from a young age always wanted to become a Steward/Stewardess, then yeah, they'd just go ahead and apply and not read into these forums. It's different for me and others.
