Heavy Jets and Differential Braking

Just a quick question that's been bothering me for a while.

Do larger jets use differential braking on a regular basis or does the tiller provide enough maneuverability when parking?

I've only flown a C172, which needs a fair bit of left / right braking to point it in the right direction when parking. I figure it's not the same with a tiller equiped aircraft

Thanks...

Chris
