(While the company is making record profits, the pilots were given a paycut that was termed "a neutral cost pay adjustment") The cost of living here is rising to the point that government employees have been given a 20% payraise for cost of living while we are told that there "is no official rate of inflation in Dubai". I would say that the vast majority of pilots here are fed up and would leave in a heartbeat for something better. That the pickings are still slim is all that is keeping many here at the moment.
