Very commendable of you to highlight the good aspects of working for FJE. Over on the Cabin Crew Forum , your colleagues are busy explaining their disquiet at being cointracted to a Jersey Company with no protection under UK employment laws. Any comment on this?
If some of these issues are genuinely just sour grapes from disgruntled ex- employess, then fine. They will be seen as such. But the resignation of your two senior Pilots ( if true), the absence of filed accounts ( now 7 months overdue) and no outside visibility of the " expansion" that is talked about, leaves new potential employees a little concerned.
And FJE, having just placed an expensive Advertisement in Flight magazine looking for senior, experienced personnel, leave themselves open to this level of scrutiny.
