The accounts filed with the US have the words DRAFT written all over them, and probably don't meet the requirement of Audited Accounts required for Companies House.
I don't know why FJE have not filed their accounts with Companies House but I think they will have started getting fines by now.
It's all a bit strange when coupled with the replacement of some their senior AOC managers.
