I don't know if the Jersey company is owned by FJE or not but I always suspected it was. The contract basically means that you sign away a lot of your rights under UK law and because its based in Jersey outside the EU, they can do so without it being illegal. Just about all of the new EU rules about temporary contracts, leave etc are carved out which they would not be able to do if your contract was direct with FJE. It was a big source of unease and discontent for the cabin crew.

How come the FJE accounts are available via the FAA website if they haven't been registered at Companies House? I thought that UK companies had to register their accounts every so often, and so why would FJE not register them in the UK but publish them in the USA?
