Irrespective of what method FJE use to pay crew, the costs have to be shown somewhere in the accounts.
A crew would cost around £220K per annum , so if you are running with 12 crews you're looking at £2.4M or so. Maybe I'm missing it somewhere but I can't see it in the accounts anywhere.
Would still be interested in why they key AOC Post Holders have moved on. Were they consultants maybe?
And why no acounts have been filed. I think Companies get fined these days for late accounts.
