Can anyone expand on the quote that
Flyjet is a mess of an airline. Steer well clear.

Is anyone flying for the airline as either a crew member or as a passenger and is able to vouch for this quote? I've noticed that they do have a fairly bad punctuality record, but I've heard of a few people flying from their MAN base who thought the onboard service was excellent.
I'd be interested to know opinions from pax & crew
