It's CWS.. but lets see if we can get rid of it the easy way first..
Please go
here and download, unzip and then open CoolWebShredder (the standalone version.. second link). Then click on the
Updates button and follow the prompts. Next, run the program by clicking on the
Fix-> button.
Then, once you’ve done that, please post a new log, and we'll see what's left.
