After several promises that I would get a call from the receptionist for this AME, I never heard a thing and have now scheduled an appt with another AME (who is around 15 miles further away - his cost for Class 2 renewal with ECG is £149
).
Is there an agreed Service Level Agreement with the CAA for AMEs or can they pretty much treat their customers as they wish?
