Mary, along with all of Thames Radar Controllers have long provided an excellent service to us helo drivers in the London City and Heathrow Zones. Her sheer professionalism and friendly attitude (if you behaved yourself!) were the hallmarks of her character. Mary's voice is no longer with us but she has left us with many fond memories, particularly the day she took charge of the US President's wayward escort helos during a state visit.
