offering other conditions
Hello!
This guys are offering positions thru the cadet pilot program on local conditions; so they call an expat pilot with good airline expirience and they offer a position to begin licence conversion and type rating but the catch is that you are only a cadet pilot and you earn only 1600 Singapore dolars for 6 to 8 months, and at the end you join as local pilot but on the contract you states that for the captain transition if a Singaporean is in same conditions as you, he will upgrade first; so you are local only for the salary and the rest of the conditions but without the local priviledges.
