I donīt know what line of work youīre in, but you clearly do not belong in the elite profession of aviation.
It all starts within yourself. You donīt respect your profession, and of course nobody will respect you. People earn respect from their words and actions. Respect is earned. It is not something that comes with a position.
Think about that.
