you have a number of options, but your best best at the moment may be direct entry pilot (DEP) with BA. They have reduced their entry requirements to the point where I think you may well be in with a chance. Other alternatives may include the type rating scheme with easyJet, which will cost you a good few quid.

Your RAF (I assume?) training is generally held in high regard, but unless you have time on transport aircraft you are largely in the same position as a low-hour fATPL from the civilian training arena - in fact, with your hours, I presume you are an fATPL yourself? I assume you are not a QFI or QWI, and thus are unable to try for things like BAe contracts overseas?

A little more information about your qualifications and aspirations may help me to give you some more precisely aimed advice.
