Hi folks....
I'm up for a FlyBE interview tomorrow and have been surfing around on here looking for possible interview questions etc. I found some and made light of them but a couple of them have left me scratching my head. Is there any bright sparks out there that can help me?
1) For a given altitude, speed etc., why is a straight wing aircraft more susceptible to icing than a swept wing aircraft?
2) What initial problems, if any, did FlyBE have with the Dash 8 Q series
3) Is LCY (London City) a base?
My guess or attempt at question 1 above is that a straight wing aircraft represents more of a frontal profile to the airflow than a swept wing? Hmmm maybe not........
Any other info that may help would be much appreciated guys & gals
