Not too sure what the c/c interviews are like, but all the other Virgin interviews seem to favour scenario questions based on a "Tell me about a situation when....." etc etc.
Things like when you have had a disagreement with someone in authority, or had to comply with a procedure you didn't agree with - stuff like that.
It's all fairly straight forward stuff, that you will have done at one time or another, it's just a matter of remembering it and twisting the words to make yourself sound good.
