Is there anything I should eat and shouldn't eat that will affect my BP? I also don't smoke or drink, I jog 1.4 KM almost every night (But I've stopped for about 1 month as I was on holidays). I've also play basketball on the weekends for years now. I am a little bit underweight, that's the only unhealthy thing I can think of otherwise, I don't think I have any other problems and consider myself fairly healthy.
