If you do things right, i.e. keeping speed,stabilised app,check TCAS on app and final,less visual approaches also
,you'll have ,maybe, one GA /year, I guess.
Except of course ,if you fly to some areas with high probability of fog in winter,no CAT II ,or sometimes even catII is not enaugh,then....
