Some of these local upgrades were long delayed and I am happy for those who finally are getting their chances. In addition, there are some expats who have started their Command assessment, and have been at GF for less than 2 years. Some leave and some stay, it all depends on what they left behind. It seems that one can have a shot at command if you have the experience needed.
