Without the benefit of the Archer POH in front of me, I can't be 100% sure, but I am pretty confident that it does not need to be loaded in the Utility category in order to be able to perform stalls of the type under discussion.
Absent the POH, the passage that sensible quotes out of FAR23 seems pretty conclusive to me.
Is it your belief that you can't stall an Archer other than when loaded in the Utility category, F3G? That seems to be what you are saying?
