I think that there are too many emotions to be all addressed here but from my point of view...
In my opinion....It is true that the standards were dropped dramatically for the 3 month contract. BUT, there were also people in there that went through the normal interview process involving a panel interview with online cabin crew, that found out what we were doing as the time progressed.
I seriously think that QF knew that only a small amount of people that had !!!! jobs to leave, no job at all or a flexible work would have gone ahead and done the strike breaking.
I think the offer is going to be for the ones that nailed the last panel interview only!!

I know that there were ex-qf link now jq staff at my interviews and they have received a letter just recently saying... unfortunately at this time.... let you know... blah blah.
As for the can't we be friends.... yeah, sure as long as you don't let everyone know that you were a strike breaker!
