With the way the T&Cs have decreased in the airline market here I feel really lucky to have scored a corporate job. Have a look around "Wanabes" and "Endearments" for what's happening.
In all seriousness, I would stay in Oz untill you have your ATPL and ~500 hours turbine time. I don't know where you are but if the thought of heading north or west to further your career puts you off, you won't enjoy shifting to the other side of the world.
We're enjoying the UK now, mainly because we take advantage of the fact Europe is nice and close.
