Could not agree more. Visited this place in early Oct to look at modular.

Facilties, aircraft, CFI & environment? Dix points.

Attitude, responsiveness, and general organisational fuzzy-comfort factor? Nil points.

The fact that they even mention payment up front as an opening gambit is shockingly patronising (whether or not people fall for it I don't know).

I suspect that once you are there and they've finally decided to do you the favour of taking your money, you'll probably get a good product, but when I am spending that much money I at least want to be made to feel important at the sales stage. Could be a cultural thing.

My theory is that before training started picking up again they probably decided to market modular to get them through a short term dry patch. Now things are looking up again they're probably frantically back pedalling to put us modular peasants off. Fact is, with the relative profit margin on an integrated vs modular course I can't really blame them.
