If you don't have a job at the moment, go for it. The fact they are advertising is an indication they are desperate for people. I have a friend who has just left and he used the place as you probably should, get your hours up and move on. The pay is, as far as I am aware, easily the best paying instructor job in the country. You will do plenty of flying and other work for your money however, which is only fair. If you possibly have any desire to work in Asia later in your career training Chinese in a cross cultural cockpit will only stand you in good stead. On the downside you will not get any multi as the company is top heavy unless things change a lot or you are prepared to hang around a long time. Merriden most definately should not be seen as a downside, if you can not live there then...maybe the QF cadetship should be the way for you to go as GA isn't.
