Flight Planning (Which includes Mass & Balance and Performance)
Radio Telephony (Written)
Radio Telephony (Practical)

The exams are valid for 18 months. I used the J.Pratt books when I did mine, However I have since read the Thom books and they are also very good. The PPL confuser is good but dosn't teach you the subject (or include R/T questions) so use it after reading the textbooks. The PPL Keynotes for Pilots book is also a good study aid.
