.....because 90% of the traffic (CSE) coming from your way WANTS to go in the hold, as it is on their training syllabus, thats why they are coming to us. Sometimes radar can be a slight problem with only 3 radar controllers as they cannot work every day without taking breaks. Still, I'm sure your CV would be gratefully received.............
