I found it hard enough flying a tight 6 ship formation to risk flying something which really is 3000+ parts in close formation..
Where you trained is less important, your dedication, effort and desire to excel will make or break you.
Timing is everything in this business, if it doesn't work the first time, make another try! And another one!

Sure, there are times when I wonder why I at all keep up with the bull****, but every time I punch through an overcast layer at 300 kts+, climbing like a homesick angel into the brilliant sunshine, I know why.
